E16: BNP Paribas Open in Review, Belief in Play Badosa & Norrie, Vika Rising & Oh Andy!

Karen Helf and Ren Soni, of Follow The Tours resume play following end-to-end coverage of the WTA-ATP combined BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells, CA. We cover the "wild" ride of the winners, the role of belief, and their opponents encountered along the way. With players staying longer on  tour, the ability of reinvent their game with adjustments becomes critical least you become too predictable. Adding layers elevates tactical options and keeps the opponent guessing. Getting into their head is just as important as keeping the balls between the white lines. The Media space, not just Tennis Media, has deteriorated over the years for various reasons. Ask Don Henley who wrote & released Dirty Laundry with Danny Kortchmar back in 1982. Or, perhaps conjure the spirit of Queen lead singer, Freddie Mercury. Dirty Laundry Lyrics Excerpt: I make my livin' off the evenin' newsJust give me somethin', somethin' I can use                                             People love it when you lose They love dirty laundry We can all do better. We ought to try and also remember everyone deserves a little slack sometimes.
